Failure to complete any part of the form will result in RMA number not being issued. Credit and advance replacement only available within 5 working days of reciept of goods.

Items returned for credit must be in it's original packaging, including all cables & manuals.TMC reserves the right to incur a 30% restocking charge on goods returned for credit. RMA policy according to TMC standard terms available on request.
