Returns Policy

 

Failure to complete any part of the form will result in a delay in your RMA number being issued.

Submitting a request for an Advance Replacement does not guarantee that this will be authorised. Advanced replacement units are only issued if application is made within 5 Business Days of delivery and subject to stock availability.

Submitting a request for credit does not guarantee you will be authorised a credit.

The RMA shall be valid for a period of 28 days from and including the date it is issued. After that time you will require a new RMA.

The following Goods are not returnable: Specification Goods; perishable Goods; and opened software which is not faulty.

We shall not be liable for any loss of data for returned Goods.

Items returned for credit must be in their original packaging, including but not limited to, cables & manuals.

TMC reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking charge on goods returned for credit.

A No Fault Found (NFF) fee may be charged for any product returned to TMC as faulty, which is subsequently tested by TMC and found to be No Fault Found. The customer will be liable for all delivery costs relating to NFF products.

Full Return of goods terms are set out according to TMC standard terms and conditions.
